I bought the Nylon bushings during the big group buy and I finally got around to installing them. So I had to figure how to get the old ones out first. I tried dissolving them in lacquer thinner and that didn't work and it was way too hard to saw through. Others had used fire but I thought that was ugly and difficult so I brought it to my local machine shop. He looked at the aluminum a-arms as if they were an alien artifact. So I quickly snatched them back knowing that in his hands they would probably end up bruised and broken. I was talking to Craig and he suggested using a puller, so I went to AutoZone and rented/borrowed a 3 arm puller and it worked like a charm! So here is the tech tip on how to easily remove your upper A-Arm bushings. This might even work with the others, but I am only doing these right now.

Tools: 2/3 Arm Puller (short is better)
    Crescent Wrench
    Bolt with a deep recess so the puller is kept centered
    A Nickel

Instructions
1. Get all your tools together and look for little ridges on the arm, the side with the flange, where the puller hooks can grip.
2. Attach the puller to the a-arm, it goes in between and insert the bolt into the center pin hole, or the nickel if you don't have clearance, so the puller tip will ride in it and start to crank down. Notice I didn't cut any of the rubber at all away, this doesn't get in the way and keeps you from marring the side.
3. Keep cranking and push it out. After it is out about 1/4 - 1/2 inch you can loosen the puller and reposition it to get a better grip.
4. Crank crank crank... vroom its out rinse and repeat for the others.
